I try and give the smaller business my business, and have given this location many opportunities. Visited this location last weekend, and had a few heavy things in my cart. As a an older woman, as I was leaving all I heard the manager say was make sure you get her cart brought back in. NOT, see if she needs help putting her items in her car. Was at this location during winter to pick up a very heavy bag of ice melt. Same thing, no help, no one offered, just worried about the damn cart! I will be using a different location.

Found everything I was looking for. Pond accessories, gardening tools and Gorilla super glue. All for excellent prices.

Sales people are very helpful. Just let them know what you need, they'll take u to it or get it for you! All are very helpful!!

Everyone here is welcoming and so very helpful. I came in needing help and knowledge on how to fix my bathroom sink and was very happy to both receive help and the exact things I needed! Thanks especially to Tyler but also to the whole staff working here!

Quick stop (so I thought) for a couple of new keys. Everything was fine until I went to the register. I had to stand there for a minute waiting for the cashier who was fixing her draw. Seconds later a female coworker came behind her and went into her draw. The two started a long winded conversation. The cashier says to her "Should I cash her out first?" Her coworker replied "No, she can wait." "Haven't I wait long enough? It's been about five minutes?" I replied. Mind you she the only cashier there! "We need to count the draw!" She YELLED. They literally counted the draw and DID NOT apologize for the long wait or her loud tone of voice. Seriously! The cashier rung me up like I just walked up. She politely tells me to have a nice day. Fifteen minutes for two set of keys and an attitude. Thanks for making me feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER. I'll use Home Depot instead.

I was able to obtain what I was looking for. This particular location is run by polite persons. Knowledgeable and friendly. I chose this one over the Delaware Ave one in Tonawanda as that one isn't a good place to get assistance anymore for a long time.

I was immediately welcomed at the door by sales associate Jim.....he was extremely helpful and assisted me through my entire store visit.....i askef him a few questions on a couple different home improvements and he was quite nice. I enjoyed shopping because i found it easier to get around a smaller store than the bigger stores, where most of the time i am left alone looking for stuff and the store is just too huge....i will return....i spotted some other items i need soon.

Rude. Asked for help to partially disassemble a grill To fit it into my car, the crabby guy came over and tried and broke it, And then got mad at me for asking for a new one. I suggested that they read the directions Before they disassemble the new one, but they totally ignored me then they brought out a new one, and they wouldn’t help me at all. Literally, three guys standing there watching me disassemble a girl to get into my car

Was not greeted or offered help. Employees were just chatting with each other so I left.
