Faulty and clumsy management. I usually shop at Kaufland Lengerich on Saturdays with my 18-month-old daughter. Always in the morning at 9-10 when it's full of customers, they block the vegetable aisle with pallets of goods, having a child and a basket full of shopping, it's hard for me to get around, I drew the attention of the staff from the vegetable department, to my surprise they were very offended and an unfriendly attitude, my big surprise is that the manager has the same attitude, even worse. In other markets, they sit on the left or on the right, but they leave room for you to pass with the shopping basket, if it bothers you somehow, they apologize and behave appropriately, what can I say, it leaves a bitter taste!!!
