Very very bad quality. Too much oil coming out and tastes like it’s stale. I never throw food as respect but I can’t eat it.

I didn't go to KFC but to Charlie's cheese steak and it was very good, but what I really want to comment on is the TA. This store is a shining star among TA's the manager here takes pride in their store and it shows, the store is clean and well stocked the employees are industriest polite and helpful. It's quite a contrast from every other dump of a store that TA operates in Colorado with rude shiftless employees. This Manager should be promoted to a position in which they can go to other stores and show them how it should be done. Great job.

It took about 20 minutes to get our basket off chicken. The lady wasn't nice and didn't know how to run the cash register. Will never stop here again.

I ordered a 4 piece meal on 3/17/2025 at around 6:15 pm asked for the mashed potato bites and only got 1 side,I paid 17 dollars for this meal the girl and I'm looking at the meals and they come with 2 sides she tells me the 3 piece comes with 2 sides I got a 4 piece meal with one side that's crazy i will never stop there again....smh

Took too long to get my order. Paid for a four piece, only received two small pieces. Check your order before leaving

Worst kfc ever!!!! Very rude at the drive through!!! Wouldn’t give us 2 drums. Would allow us to order a side of mash potatoes at the window. Very poor service!!

Stood at the counter forever never said hi nothing ignored us completely but sure did get mobile orders out around us but we never got waited on and it’s snowing so had to get back on the road. Worst service ever can’t tell you how the food is they wouldn’t wait on us 🤷‍♀️

Has to be the worst experience I've ever had here. Waited over 30 minutes for four chicken tenders and some fries. Everybody who ordered after me got served their food before me. The guy working couldn't care less. Didn't offer anything to compensate the long wait. Ended up asking for a refund and leaving without my food .not that this company cares but I won't be going back.

I was the first in line, but the staff was Mia. I watched as one person took orders very slowly, and the other 2 mulled over each ticket several times without putting anything together. Then I witnessed another person coming from the back refilling chicken into warming trays as the other 2 still couldn't figure out tickets. After quite a while, I finally stepped back in line to find out what was taking so long. That's when they finally gave me my order and when I got back into my vehicle driving down the road about 5 miles away I finished my strips and tried to eat the coleslaw but didn't have anyway to eat no fork or spoon. I tried to use the lid, but I kept spilling it on my steering wheel, so I had to wait the 3 hours it took for me to get home to finish my lunch.
