It's Just Wings

I waited forever for someone to come to the counter for my pickup order to grab it and finally a lady told me just to grab it if it had my name on it and that they didn’t need me to have them to do so. I get my food and see that my bone in wings have hairs in them!!!! So disgusting and disappointing. I will not be ordering here again.

I've tried it a few times, and this location just isn't up to par with those I've had anywhere else. Chicken is usually overcooked and the fries taste old. As much as I love It's Just Wings, I wouldn't order it here. To be clear, I picked them up and tried to fries then. I live ~5 min with traffic away and have been repeatedly disappointed. I've had deliveries of the same food while traveling and not had an issue with temperature or freshness.

First time trying this place. The wings were good, the fries were fresh, and I can't choose between chocolate and apple which pie was my favorite! Only complaints I have are: the paper was really stuck to the bottom of the pies and our order was delivered without utensils. We will be back!

The wings were good flavor wise but dry as a bone and hard as they could be the sauce was almost none and the added sauce for 55 cents was just enough to cover bottom of cups they come in. Used to be great and loved them but seems to have gone down hill, recently anyway. We ordered the 32 piece bone in and paid 40 dollars for really really sub par wings very disappointed as I used to love this place and ordered all the time. Maybe have to find somewhere else to go then the paragould arkansas location, sad but nuff said. Cannot report to the store like owner said because the app does not recognize this stores location so it will not let me submit.

I ordered the 16 bone-in combo two flavors for my husband. Curly fries were super soggy and the wings gave him food poisoning. We know it was the wings because he hadn't eaten anything yesterday till then and this morning woke up with all the symptoms! Beyond livid 😡

My husband ordered a 16 count chicken and got 2 flavors and they got both of them wrong garlic Parmesan what I ordered and got lemon pepper and my husband ordered mango habanero and got honey barbecue and the wings you can tell were freezer burnt before they were fully cooked worse wings I've ever had I will never order from here again worse place in Paragould, AR

Wow, Everyone who reviewed “ I live 20 minutes away and my wings were cold!!! UNBELIEVABLE THEY SHOULD COOK THEM AT MY DOOR-STEP AND THEN BRING THEM INSIDE”. I don’t know how my generation could ever be mistaken for rude. When all of you are so self entitled and haven’t heard yet that the earth actually revolves around the sun and not you.

Will not order again! Fries were cold, soggy and wings were hard and cold. No customer service support at all! Called the restaurant they couldn't help me. The phone number just rings and rings then hangs up!!! Highly disappointed!!!!
